After his brother’s wedding, Judah Callahan finds Darla Cameron naked in his bed. Unable to resist an attractive and willing woman, Judah sleeps with her. Darla leaves and Judah discovers that she’s the one he can’t get out of his head. Although there’s a tiny problem: Darla is getting married to another man and she’s pregnant with Judah’s twins.

 

These characters just didn’t mesh with me. Both Darla and Judah grated on my nerves like nails down a chalkboard.  They were interested in each other but didn’t want to come out and say it and that caused their chemistry to fizzle out.

 

What kept me reading was the little mystery nestled into the story and that didn’t really hold my attention for long.

 

Overall, I felt like this one was a bit boring and repetitive. I’ve read and loved others in this miniseries although this one just didn’t have that spark that drew me in.
